Cold,sore throat,cough

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have sore throat, cough, and the nasal discharge is in yellow color.I have taken a paracetamol tablet and eryocin 250. Is there any thing i should the other than this.i am considering taking sinarest also. Symptoms started day before yesterday.

you might be suffering from acute upper respiratory tract infection. take antibiotics, antihistamines and decongestant nasal drops. paracetamol 250mg is too less a dose for adult. can't prescribe medicines in public form
