Cold or Air skin allergy

Asked for Female, 7 Years

Hi, my daughter has cold as well as if she exposed in fan after bath or at the time of journey by car or bike in summer also, she has allergy on her skin & it appears as many swelling/lessons of her skin, which increases in winter a lot. Please advice or guide me to get rid off from this disease for ever.
