Hello,
Your complaint could suggest a upper respiratory tract infection resulting from allergic rhinitis. Pain in your cheeks could result from sinusitis.First of all we will need to boost your immunity to prevent the recurrences. Also targeted homoeopathic treatment will help reduce the intensity of the episode.Alongside avoid chilled n sour food, avoid fruits like grapes, watermelon, pineapple, kiwi, oranges which could aggravate your complaints.Take some plain water steam inhalation to release the stuffed sinuses.
