I have been suffering from cold feaver since Monday.I followed the advice of the doctor but didn't see any positive response

Take following medicines for 3 days. Tab Dolo 650 1 tab 3 times a day, tab Sinarest 1 tab 2 times a day and tab Azee 500mg 1 tab once daily and tab Pantop-D 1 tab daily empty stomach.
