  4. Cold cough. Prescribe the medicine pls!

Hi my son have cold and cough...no fever till now...his age is 6 and weight is 20kg...kindly prescribe the medicine pls

For cold give syrup Sinarest AF 5ml twice a day for 5 days. Cough syrups vary depending on type of cough. Dry or wet etc. More details needed. Give steam inhalation, warm water to drink with honey, soup,   add haldi in food or if giving milk.
