Cold and sneezing
I always suffer from severe cold. Every alternate day I have cold, continue sneezing, nose choke up. This is chronic problem. Pls suggest remedy to remove the issue from its roots. Ayurvedic or homeopathic help is required.

Hi friend,
It seems that you are allergic by nature. It runs in family. First and foremost thing to do is to identify the triggers ( like dust, pollen, pets, some foods etc.) and to avoid that. That is the most important step in people like you.
There are skin tests (RAST) to identify your allergens. If you identify that, then it will be easy for you to avoid that.
Regarding homeopathic and ayurvedic treatments, I am not a person to comment.
