Cold and runny nose
My baby boy is 15 months old and he is 32 months premature baby born with symptoms of LBW and RDS.
He caught cold today itself with runny nose and mucus is Yellow in color I gave CM COLD AND AZITROMYCIN Antiibiotic to him.
Can I use budecort 100.
Previous month he suffered with cold cough and fever so doctor prescribed him budecort100, duolin, cmcold,antibiotic injections and cough syrup.
What should I do??

Give syrup Sinarest AF. Don't give an antibiotic unless a pediatrician prescribes it. There is no need for it as per the history. Also no role of budeocort. Give steam inhalation, warm water to drink with honey, soup, add haldi in food or if giving milk.
