Cold and lil Fever due to. Should i do?

Please read till the end and refer me to what should I do? Accidentally while washing my face the face wash went in my nose the day before yesterday night And next day I had a runny nose full of water, Weird taste in the throat, and pain in the stomach Then I took paracetamol tablets The next morning I got a sore throat and cold I took chest cold tablets and di betadine gargle which helps me relieving Thorat And today Throat is well and the runny nose is also almost well but feels like having a Lil fever and weakness now!! Please suggest or help me with what should I do!!! I'm confused is it due to soap went in my nose or due to due to I got wet from the rain not fully but can say 10-15% that day!! I was using Garnier men acnofight face wash that day Which contains: Micro-beads for exfoliation, Salicylic acid for cleansing and anti-microbial action
