I am having cough and fever for few days now. The fever comes and goes not too high. The cough is persistant.

Hello there. If the cough associated with sputum or not? Because the treatment will also differ. You have posted a very incomplete information. Since how many days exactly are we talking about few days doesn't mean anything. Take a paracetamol when you have fever and consult a general physician for further help. Regards
