She is coughing from yesterday and having cold and slight fever in-between. Her age is 3 months. Please tell me home as well as ayurvedic solution.

Please give rajanyaadi choornam 125 mg with honey 2 times a day.. Make a bolus of dill seeds, heat it mildly on a pan and touch it momentarily on baby's body.. Cover the whole body like this with warm bolus..
