  4. Cold and cough. Both why i didn't get?

My 14 days old baby having cold and cough. Doctor gave gastica and domstal drop both why I didn't get?

Don't give any medication for such a small baby  upto 2months of age Just give nasoclear nasal drops 1drop in each nostril 4 times a day for 3days That's all
