Co-Amoxiclav (Bactiv)

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I lost my voice this morning so I consulted a doctor. He advised me to take Co-Amoxiclav (Bactiv 500mg/100mg inj). His instruction was to take the medicine 1 tab 3x a day for seven days. However, as per the drugstore, the dosage was for injection. May I know the right dosage I need for the tablet as I need to drink the medicine tonight?

You can take one tab twice a day for 5 days or thrice a day for 5 days. But more or less voice rest will do more justice.
