Later used Predforte for 4 weeks (3 times a day) and Micronac (3 times a day). 3. Visibility restored now. 4. Do i need to continue Predforte and Micronac now also? 5. Any chances of major health problesm/side-effects due to these drops usage for 4 weeks?

Since your vision has been restored, you can be switched to micronac again with tapering off of steroids. Monitor Cme on Oct. It has a tendency to recur sometimes. Remain under follow up with your doctor.

Long term steroid use can cause glaucoma. Consult ur surgeon. If CME has resolved and there is no other inflammation in the eye then predforte can be tapered off slowly.
