Hi. CTEV is a birth defect of the foot. It is not very rare. It can be treated. Don't worry. The Orthopaedic Surgeon will put the foot in the right position in a step wise manner and apply a plaster after every step. Each of these plasters will last for a week and at the end of 6 weeks or sk, the foot will become alright.
Next Steps
Contact an Orthopaedic Surgeon as soon as you can so that the treatment can start.

first of all congrats on your birth of new born son. CTEV is a condition where both the  foot are formed differently at birth. This can be treated fully. please meet an orthopaedic surgeon and start the treatment. you will require foot plaster applications serially at regular intervals. over all 6-7 plasters required for complete correction. once corrected it should be maintained in the proper position
Next Steps
meet an orthopaedic surgeon
