Club Feet detected.
My wife is 5 month pregnant. And club feet has been detected in the child. I'd like to know that is club feet is curable. If yes how much time will it take to cure this. Kindly help me ASAP pls...

Hi. It's an unfortunate situation. Hope you have done the rest of blood tests etc like quadruple markers etc. It's important to rule out other problems related to genetics. i beleive and expect that they are all okay. Club foot is usually overdiagnosed and upto 50 percent children who are detected with clubfoot in utero have normal feet later. There are things called physiological clubfoot. So keep your fingers crossed Ever after all these things you have to face it.. it a long road but treatable. Lots of options are eavilable for that.

Club feet now is fully curable and treatment has to be started within a week of baby's birth It can be cured by simple plasters and one very small surgery at the end of 5-6 weeks of plasters So I would suggest in the hospital where delivery takes place immediately ask for a pediatric orthopaedic opinion and the treatment can be started very soon
