CLOGGED EARS AND COUGH AND COLD
Hello Sir/Madam, I have had cough and cold from 24th April and clogged ears. I have been constantly consulting doctor and have been put on medications. Below are medicines. 1.Nexpro RD :- Once a day. 2.Alerfix total :- Twice a day 3.Cortimax :- Twice a day 4.Mucotab :- Twice a day. 5.Drep ear drops :- Thrice a day 6.mucoris Nose drop:- Twice a day. 7.Furamist nasal Spray:- Thrice a day. I'm having these medicines religiously however don't find much of improvement. I'm wondering should I change doctor and get whole check up done again or what to do. Please help. Thanks and Regards

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. You can use decongestant medicines and valsalva maneuver for faster recovery. Sometimes it can take even 3 months to recover. Get a audiogram and tympanogram done to confirm the diagnosis
