Clicking sound in knees
I get clicking sound in my knees when I fold my leg to touch my hip. This is there since long time earlier they were just occasional clicking but now I feel uncomfortable unless I have clicked the knee. Some times I also feel like the clicking process is kinda stuck middle and I feel pain in knee and am not able to walk properly

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

It indicates some friction may be due to the drying of synovial fluid in joints which may lead to degeneration in future and cause arthritis.
