Clear stomach
Not able to clear stomach. Want to but still feel something is there. Lot of test done but no result. A feeling of swelling in right side of inner abdomen.

Hi there. Right side swelling could be due to appendicular mass, psoas abscess, ileocaecal tb, gastrointestinal cancers.... Incomplete evacuation of bowel could be due to that swelling. Have more fibre rich foods like green leafy vegetables and have atleast 3-4 litres of water. You can try lactitol monohydrate syrup followed by 2 glasses of water, it softens stools which pass easily. Please consult surgeon soon..
