U must do a thorough cleaning first..  And if not satisfied then do bleaching..  And lastly u can do laminations to make a lasting change...

Hi..Yellow discolouration of teeth can be due to either extrensic or intrensic stains. You need professional cleaning of teeth to correct the discolouration. After scaling or bleaching procedure you need to maintain the same with proper brushing technique and following oral hygiene measures.

Hi   you need to go for in office bleach and try to avoid coffee,tea and coffee at regular intervals .so only brushing will not remove yellowness of ur teeth expect removing plaque
