Citalopram
Hello! I had been taking 40 mg of citalopram for over two years and within the last two and a half months I decided I was feeling completely normal so I decided to Wean myself off. So I did 30 for 2 weeks, 20 for 2 weeks etc. Long story short I’m deciding to get back on citalopram and I’m just wondering how I should go about weaning back on so to speak.
