Hi doctor, I have cicatricial alopecia I consulted skin specialist in my location and I am using the medicine .but still the disease spreading like anything...how to stop spreading this and to regain my hair...

Cicatricial alopecias are difficult to treat. The idea is to stop further hair loss. A scalp biopsy is mandatory to decide treatment plan. Certain comorbidities if present should be addressed.
