  3. Chronic throat irritation. Of phlegm (?

Chronic throat irritation
Constant irritation in throat. A thin layer of phlegm(?) is coated at the back of my throat. Clearing throat is very difficult. While speaking many times my voice becomes thin and broken and its embarassing...no amount of clearing throat helps this.

HI PLEASE START WARM WATER GARGLES TILL YOU GET EXAMINED BY YOUR DOCTOR , AFTER EXAMINATION HE CAN DECIDE WHETHER YOU NEED TO START ANTIBIOTICS OR NOT TAKE CARE
