Chronic testicular pain

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Sir, i m suffering from testicular pain( some docs saying epididimytis and some saying chronic orchalagia)from past 5 months ..i have taken the following medications: ofloxin,bastcol,doxycycline and now taking dalacin C with neuropathic pain medicines...still pain is there in testicles with tenderness.ultrasound reports shows mild hydrocele ,recent one shows verecocele( not sure if they did correct).what is the disease?? and how can it be diagnosed and cured?? i m feeling helpless nd dont want to loose my balls.
