Chronic kidney disorder
My father is a CKD patient and the treatment started just before 6 month.his b.p is high.his age is 66 years.his creatinine level is 3.3 and urea is 66 and sodium is 143,potasium 4.6 and uric acid 5.6 and hemoglobin 9.5.he also a COPD patient.now he takes some medicines are Pan 40,Eltroxin,Nitrocontin,Revlamer,Cardivas,Cilacar10,F ebutaz,Rocaltrol,Rozavel and now taking the Erythropoetin injection.he is vegetarian and we are low middle class people.please help us.

Control BP < 130/90 mm Hg. Stool for occult blood to look for if he is loosing blood in GI tract. Diet Modification must. Look for urine protein loss. USG for kidney size.
Next Steps
to rule out all reversible causes.
