I understand how frustrating and exhausting this must be for you. Let me assure you firstâ**your symptoms are typical of *Kapha-Vata imbalance with very low digestive fire (Mandagni)* and possible mild *Amajanya Grahani (malabsorption)*.**
Taking pungent or heating medicines without strengthening digestion first is worsening the issue by **increasing Pitta â further loosening stools** and **drying your body (leading to cold & flaky skin).**
You need a **gentle, stabilizing treatment** that **kindles Agni without irritation**, and balances **Kapha + Vata simultaneously**.
---
# ð **Understanding Your Condition**
| Symptom | Dosha Imbalance |
| ----------------------------- | ---------------------------------- |
| Sticky, slightly loose stools | Kapha + Ama |
| Bloating, loss of appetite | Low Agni |
| Feeling cold all the time | Vata â |
| Dry, flaky skin | Vata â + poor nutrition absorption |
| Worse with pungent medicines | Pitta â â aggravates stools |
ð So doctors giving strong pungent medicines (like hing, trikatu) *directly* without Agni support is *wrong in your case.*
---
# ð **Correct Approach (Stepwise)**
## ð **Phase 1 (First 3â4 weeks): Stabilize Stools & Improve Agni**
| Medicine | Dose | Timing |
| ------------------------------------------- | ------------------------ | --------------------------------------- |
| ******Vati** (Himalaya or Baidyanath) | 2 tabs | After lunch & dinner |
| ******* (if available) | 10 ml + 20 ml warm water | After meals |
| *****churna or ***powder** | ½ tsp | At night after dinner (with warm water) |
| **Takra-Siddha Choorna** (if available) | ½ tsp | In buttermilk after lunch |
ð If no ***, then take *****churna twice daily** instead.
⨠*****+ ***= binds stool without increasing dryness.**
---
## ð **Phase 2 (After stools stabilize): Boost Agni & Nutrition**
Start **only after 2â3 weeks of above.**
| Medicine | Dose | Timing |
| -------------------------- | ----------------- | ----------------------- |
| *****Churna** | ¼ tsp *with ghee* | Before meals |
| *****capsule or powder** | 1 cap or ½ tsp | Morning empty stomach |
| *****(mild)** | 250â300 mg | At night with warm milk |
â ï¸ Do NOT take heating herbs like trikatu alone.
---
# ð½ï¸ **Diet (MOST IMPORTANT)**
### **Must Eat**
* Warm, freshly cooked food only
* Moong dal khichdi with ghee
* Rice + light dal + a bit of ajwain
* Steamed vegetables with mild spices
* Homemade buttermilk (room temp) with pinch of roasted jeera after lunch
* 1 tsp cow ghee twice daily
### **Avoid Strictly**
| Food | Why |
| ------------------------------- | --------------------------------- |
| Raw salads | Aggravate Vata & weaken digestion |
| Cold drinks, fridge water | Kapha â Vata â |
| Sour fruits (orange, pineapple) | Loosen stool |
| Over spicy/pungent | Increases loose motion |
| Wheat bread, biscuits | Create Ama |
| Milk + salty food | Bad combination |
---
# ð¥ Simple Home Remedy

```
ð *Gently kindles Agni and nourishes Vata without irritating Kapha.*
**Before lunch:**
```
Warm water + pinch of jeera + pinch of hing
Sip slowly.
```
**At night:**
```
½ tsp roasted jeera + pinch of saunf in warm water
```
---
# ð¿ Lifestyle Tips
* No cold exposure after sunset (wear socks, cover ears)
* Avoid taking bath with cold water
* Sleep by 10:30 PM
* Short walk after meals (10 min)
---
# ð Follow-up
ð **After 15â20 days**, once motion is regular and appetite improves:
ð Write to me so I can give you next phase treatment for long-term Agni restoration and skin healing.
---
# ð Final Summary
âï¸ **Start ***Vati + ***churna now**
âï¸ **Stop all strong spicy/pungent medicines temporarily**
âï¸ **Warm, light, ghee-based diet**
âï¸ **Phase 2 only after stool gets better**
You *can* recover fully with the right approach. Youâre young, and your body can rebalance fast if treated gently and correctly. Donât worry, weâll fix this ð¿ð§
Its a chronic case and not only kapha imbalance but also ama or toxins that are causing you to have bloating,loss of appetite and mainly sticky lose motions. You should take kutaj ghanvati-1-0-1 for lose motions,pippalimula churna-1.5gm in half cup of warm water,and giloy ghanvati-2-0-2(A/F)with normal water for 15 days.
Next Steps
Consult with lab investigations such as CBC,RBC,urine analysis and SGPT for detailed evaluation.
Health Tips
Eat only warm meals,avoid outside junk food and exercise regularly.
Sticky loose stools, bloating, low appetite & feeling cold with dry skin indicate deeper digestive imbalance, not just simple kapha issue. Strong medicines can worsen it. Ayurveda helps by correcting agni & gut lining with mild, suitable herbs and diet. With proper evaluation, this can be managed effectively. I suggest you consult me for a personalized plan.
