Chronic insomnia
I have been having insomnia for the past few years.i have left it untreated.Now it's affecting my health and work.I don't get sleep until 2-3 am and have to wake up by 7.30 to get ready for work.This happens almost for 5 days a week.My body feels tired most of the time and i work 11 hrs a day during weekdays at my office. What should I do.?

You need to have your insomnia addressed at the earliest. Lack of sleep is a serious condition that needs to be addressed, since it is associated with a multitude of medical conditions, including heart conditions, obesity, depression, among many others. I recommend consulting a Psychiatrist for initiation of appropriate medication, along with lifestyle change.
