I have chronic inflammation in my hip joints for 6months. Iam doing exercise. Can Exercise will cure chronic inflammation. Or is there any other treatments.

I must respect Dr Babu suggestion,but the question how do u know u have inflammation inside hip joint, it could be serious condition if there is inflammation inside the joint,

Hi for chronic inflammation if u keep on doing exercises it won't reduce ur pain, instead it vl I b increased more.
Better stop the exercises and give rest to ur affected area
Like take completely rested for 5days
Meantime visit a physiotherapist he will examine and help u out.
