5 6 months headache ... IFT , Ultrasonic , heat therapy for few days didnt helped but now after research am sure its Myofascial trigger point which myt have caused due to a tear during gym ...m gym goer ... which therapy is best for releasing trigger point and how much time wud it take n will it go completely

If it's Myfascial trigger then Ultrasonic and laser is good treatment plus REST . Time would take around 10days to settle if you start treatment soon.

chronic headaches may be caused by lot of factors if u think its from trigger points u first find out the cause of the trigger point it may be a previous injury or may be the posture or improper exercises or some nutritional factor involved and we need to find out whether there is any myofascial components involved too then we need to treat the cause of trigger point
