Chronic dandruff
Hello sir,
I am facing a problem with chronic dandruff in the head, beard and nose area from the past one and half year. I have tried all the remedies from normal shampoo, oil to medical dandruff shampoo. but nothing seems works. It will be very embarrassing for me to face such situation in public area. please help me.

This may be Seborrhoeic dermatitis according to the sites that you have described. Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we call dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp and have to be ruled out. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem. Please call me or contact me with photos through online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment.,
