hello, read your case. I remembered a recent article published on the site of washingtonpost that cholesterol is not as bad it is blamed for. So in you scenario, it might be, that medicines are eating up the necessary stock of cholesterol as well. You may have to consult your allopathic doctor in that regard. Ayurveda believes in finding the reasons why cholesterol was increased in first place. Ayurvedic medicines will also reduce the undesirable side-effects on other medications if any. You need a holistic approach and not a narrow one focused on each complaint independently.
Next Steps
My ayurvedic take on it is to show a good doctor and get examined with an Ayurvedic approach. The tailor made medication and treatment plan will prove good for you.
Health Tips
Taking arjuna or any other medicines without proper consultation in not suggested. they are mediciens afterall. If not suited, they mey end up in creating some other problems.
