How to maintain my hdl level now my hdl level is 30 and total cholesterol is 153 what should I eat and what I shouldn't  eat and how should I increase hdl cholesterol

start having almonds. soaked overnight. 7 almonds a day. You can have fish oil capsules, olive oil 1 tsp in the morning.
