Chipped off teeth
My daughter now 2 years 3 months had chipped off her front 4 milk teeth when she was 18 months and now the left over front teeth have become very dark yellow and if I see the edge it's black. anything I can do to save her teeth ? I don't want to go for extraction. is there way to protect her teeth till it goes off naturally and permanent teeth comes? I do brush her teeth twice daily but front teeth are very Sensitive so I just apply tooth paste with my finger and massage. please suggest

The child needs a consultation with a Pedodontist or child dental specialist who would diagnose the problem and then tell you the right treatment and the various options weather it would be done under local Anesthetic or would require general anaesthesia or the correct age at which the treatment would be started for best response
