Hi mam First of all, as parents, you both should be at ease and relax in order to help your kid. I think, it can be side effects of adenoid issue and its respective medications(along with antihistamine). Adenoid hypertrophy often seen as complications of persistent middle ear effusion that causes to hear like bell sounds or sleep disorders like apnea that causes chest discomfort during day time. This adenoid hypertrophy places the patients at sleep disorder (apnea) and slowly develops behavioral problems. This causes mild to moderate pulmonary tension causing chest discomfort. This finally leads to child depression and attention deficit hyperactivity in children. The depression state of the child sub consciously observes and tries to perceive present environmental situations or her basic fears of insects, lizards, snake or she might have fear of caretakers(parents) getting hurt or diseased. I suggest you to see an ent specialist to rule out adenoid issue at present and get the clear reports. Then visit a psychiatrist with the reports and consult all the issues. You will get the right treatment and solution soon. All the best.
Next Steps
Visit ent specialist and get a clear cut report about adenoid issue. Then visit a psychiatrist for further treatment
Health Tips
how ever also you must show to a psychiatrist. observe that how she sleeps at night times observe does she have any breathing or snoring issues during sleep take her out side and let her play and be happy which might deviate her from depression or fear

Looks she has unknown fear. Probably would have heard any incidents related to sickness of loved ones or about loss of a person or fear of illness. Due to lock down, child may have experienced different feelings and being at home would have triggered negative thoughts and fear of illness. As parents, try to acknowledge and understand her problems. Would help her to change the mind in activities which are of interest to her.
Next Steps
May be ask her to speak with her friends or close relatives. Engage in casual conversation and break the monotonous.
Health Tips
(1) Visit counselor for easing out her pain (2) Try to divert her mind from negative thoughts or things which provokes negative feelings

Hi! It seems like she's developing irrational fears and is unable to get out of her thoughts. Also, feelings of being not understood and having to bear it all alone might make her feel very out of control and confused. There may be many triggers which surely might have elevated these fears. Also developing anxiety about losing a loved one or his death also has some underlying beliefs about oneself and others in general. Try talking to a psychiatrist first and check for a clear diagnosis and whether it's related to adenoids or not. Also, therapy sessions will give her a sense of safety and security and help her rationalize her fears.

Hello I understand your concern. How much you are talking about current pandemic situation at home? She is feeling something will happen to her or her parents due to the situation outside. I suggest you to talk to her and stop discussing about pandemic or even watching news about it, that can be one of the cause of her behaviour as you said all the reports are normal, because children can't express what they feel as they don't know how to express so they cry.
Next Steps
consult a psychologist. you can connect to me through this app for online session
