Child fever
My 2 year old kid have fever (102 F) from last 3 days, we went to a clinic and doctor initially gave Dolopar syrup in every 6 hours and a antibiotic Microcef for two times a day. Even after giving medicine for 3 days fever is coming back in every 5-6 hours, doctor now asked to change the Dolopar to meftal. I have given two dose of Meftal even but temperature is again coming back. Please help. Please suggest me.

Kindly have a cbc(blood test) done.
Can add syp azee 200 mg 5 ml once a day
Syp nobelplus 7.5 ml thrice a day(instead of meftagesic)
