My daughter suffering from cough fever and cold I m giving amoxy clav and ibugesic plus but in late night she suffer high fever. Guide what to do

Start with a decongestant like sinarest syrup and add meftal P for fever... continue amoxclav for total 5 days... Add on steam inhalation... No need of ibugesic
