Chestpain & shortness of breath sometime
Hello Doctor, I am weighted 110kg and height of 178cm having upper back pain for the last 3 months consulted ortho doctor they advised it is because of postural problem and muscle spasm, going for physio, while doing it I feel relaxed but after that slowly pain is coming back. while lying down relaxed like chest wide open getting feel of chest tightness and pain, while driving bike getting upper back pain. Consulted cardiologist he asked to take some test to rule out cardio issues I have done ecg, echo and tmt, chest x ray all comes out normal attaching tmt and echo reports for reference. BP 140/90 and Cholesterol wer there ldl is 128.3. Taking BP pills metosartan 25. Even after that test which I have done 3 weeks back I am getting chest tightness, dizziness sometime with heart palpitations. When getting such feel I am become tensed and worried. Kindly suggest what to be done further to come out from this feel or I have to see any psychiatrist to overcome with the issue.

Echo and TMT are normal. Pain is not related to heart. Physical activity and weight reduction will help
