Chest pain, palpitations and arm pain
Hello Doctor! I have chest pain . Sometimes I get anxious and the heart beat goes fast. I do burp alot. I get anxious if there is a chest pain and feel like it's heart related. Arm pain comes and goes with neck and shoulder pain. Everything seems like heart related. Is it so?

No , it should be acid reflux and anxiety . But u take Pantop DSR cap once daily morning for ten days and get one ECG done .
