Chest pain n heartburn
I was admitted to ER today evening due to severe heartburn radiating to my chest, abdomen along with dizziness, nausea and overall feeling of sick and fatigue.. they first did ekg n after that gave me PANTOP injection, digene.. pain become 10% better then they immediately told me to go home But now at home again having those symptoms.. Plz tell me what to do? I feel once ER doc ruled out heart issue he didnt give much attention

See ,chest discomfort can’t be ruled out on normal ECG alone. There are certain territories of the heart, which are not adequately represented on ECG. Also, there are some other conditions or emergencies which cannot be ruled out on ECG alone . Please go and get admitted overnight at a good hospital with qualified doctors where you will be thoroughly investigated. If your ECG is normal, you don't have to worry for cardiac issue.
