I'm a 27 year old a housewife, I have chest pain on my left, pain hurts once or twice a week. This keep me a lot of stress. Please suggest me what to do.

there are some risk factors which predispose a person to heart disease like age > 50 diabetes hypertension family history of cardiac disease smoking cholesterol young females are anyhow protected from heart diseases due to female hormones. so it is highly unlikely that your pain is cardiac and it is unadvisable for you to undergo any battery of cardiac investigations

just take a pain killer on SOS basis do exercises dont take any mental stress
