Asked for Male, 38 Years

I have chest discomfort from 2 months and my BP was 140/95, I am using metosartan 25 and pantaprozole & itopride. My hemoglobin levels are around 11 and I am using livogen tablet. Is this chest pain due to gastric bcoz my ECG, LFT, USG abdomen are normal. Is anxiety or overthinking will cause gastric.please tell me the remedies for gastric relief.

You need to stop consumption of Alcohol and tobacco if you do. HB of 11 is low for your age. Yes anxiety does lead to gastric problems. I suggest do yoga of go for a walk and relax your mind. Avoid spicy food.

If you don't get any better I would suggest see a doctor in clinic.
