  4. Chest pain. Shouldn't be heart related?

I am 31 yr old obese female have been having chest pains for the past one week the pain is sometimes in my left side or right side of my chest and sometimes on my back either left or right.. i am scared it shouldn't be heart related

It is not heart related in all probability. Still get a ecg and other basic investigations done, and consult a physician
