Chest pain
Hi i am 28 yrs old my there is pain in my chest .I did my echo test and stress test In Aug 2016 and I consult 3 cardiologist then all of them told me that everything is normal I did my lipid profile a week back My total cholestrol 184 Ldl 133.6 Hdl 31.6 Triglyceride 82 Earlier my weight was 92 kgs Now my weight is 79 kgs I loose my weight in 7 months Sometimes there is pain in my chest I feel like vomiting my back is paining so now what should I do I fear of having heart attack is my fear is right or wrong

Your stress test and Echo are normal . Lipid profile is bit deranged , weight on higher side. Now you have lost weight and probably lipid profile is better. You may have acid peptic disease . I would advise upper GI scopy to rule out acid peptic disease
