Chest pain from 3 months
I have been experiencing chest pain from past 3 month's.. chest pain comes more during resting and sleeping.. I have got all tests normal , chest X ray normal, TMT normal, Echo Normal, ECG Normal , endoscopy normal , taking gastric tablet nexpro from 2 months.. this chest pain comes always left part and not right.. cardiologist ruled out all cardiac problem.. this has worried me a lot ..pls give ur suggestion

Hi noted above history and related concerns. As you mentioned at age 26 with all cardiac and metabolic parameters are normal and with such weight your BMI over 35 can be the cause due to sleep apnea and chronic bronchitis and gastric reflux problems.
