Chest pain and gynecomastia

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I 've been having pain in my both nipples since last 2 months. The pain is not to much but it occurs 3-4 times in a day. Specially when im hungry or after taking a meal. I have clot in my both the nipple since last 8 years. Earlier there is nothing but now there is itching in the nipples. I d'nt know whether it is gynecomastia ya something else. I show it to doctor he say they automatically cure. Is there pain in gynecomastia or not. Nipples are paining after i stop gym and pain in chest also
