Chest pain and fatigue
I've got tight chest pain, shortness of breath and extreme fatigue. If I went to sleep, I would definitely sleep the entire day. I have no motivation or energy.

Please show a physcian. The lethargy, increased sleepiness , chest tightness, fatigue could be due to a number of reasons like anemia, hypothyroidism, untreated asthma, viral infection, etc.
