After my friends death by heart Attack age of 26 I have hurt very badly mentally even I feel chest paining get scared of heart attack I go ecg dr says everything is normal
Till now I receive chest pains when ever I get scare

It is not necessary that every type of chest pain is due to your heart. It could be muscular or skeletal. Remove the fear from your mind and see a physician who will examine you and advise accordingly.
