Chest infection and breathing trouble
I have been suffering from respiratory distress for last 15 years. Periodically I used to undertake clinical advice with prescribed Antibiotics, oral antiallergic (levocetirizine/fexofenadine+ montelukast) combinations and bronchodilator (levosalbutamol) inhaler. I am a school teacher and -exposed to all the climatic odds and dust.

Hi. I understand your concerns. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigations like chest x ray to look for infection. Also you will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatemnt can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.
