Chest Burn/ Heat Sensation
Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing chest burning/ heat sensation since the last 2 days. It usually occurs when I lie down in my bed, after food. It doesn't happen when I go for a 1 hour walk, neither am I facing any other pain in my body. I had my full body check up 3 months back and my lipid profile came as follows- VLDL- 28.34 LDL/HDL Ratio- 3.53 LDL- 152 Non HDL- 169 Triglycerides- 141.7 HDL- 43 TC/ HDL- 4.93 Total- 212 My father is a heart patient with 5 stents + diabetic. I am a smoker as well. Please find attached the electrocardiograph as well. Kindly guide as I am a little worried at this moment. Due to the lockdown I am unable to go out and visit a doctor.

Hello, Your pain at present seem unrelated to heart. Its more like a gastric pain. For now take tab pan 40 empty stomach in morning daily for a week. Your ECG is normal but you have deranged cholesterol and family history of heart disease and smoking as risk factors.

Your ecg is normal. This pain seems to be atypical/gastric. Can take pantocid dsr once a day and observ. You have family history, smoking and high LDL so you need further workup to rule out cad.
