Chest and left hand pain

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am facing mild chest near heart and followed by left hand nerve pain since 15 days 3 times. Could some one please let me know what might be the iisue.

Hi. Some more information is needed to opine. Do you have any other health issues like diabetes or hypertension? Is this pain brought on by physical activity and relieved by rest. There can be many causes for this kind of pain ranging from musculoskeletal(muscle related) to heart related to vitamin B12 deficiency to nerve compression related.
