Chemical treated hair
I got my chemical treated hair of long length chopped off and now they are below shoulders. I feel my hair aren't much hydrated and are still damaged. I need to know how to make them healthy and grow fast!

Hello, As they are already chemically treated, they are partially damaged. I would suggest you to use a sulphate free and paraben free shampoo so it doesn't dry up your hair and do use a conditioner after every wash
Next Steps
- Apply medicated leave on conditioner on ends of hair after every wash - Use good hair serum- seek for medical help - Use good nutritive mask every week - Opt for Hair mesotherapy and LLTE for inducing faster hair growth - Take High protein diet and incorporate balanced diet to get a holistic result - Take supplements- Again you can opt for online consultation.
